What we collect

Your account details (name, email, phone if given), your profiles, listings, trades, messages in trade offers, reviews, and the crypto wallet addresses and transaction IDs you choose to record. We keep a ledger of every trade.

Who sees it

Your profile page and listings are public. Contact details on your profile are shown only to signed-in members. Trade terms and messages are visible only to the two members in the trade and to admins handling a dispute.

The AI guide

When you use the guide, what you type is sent to our AI provider to draft your profile, check categories or suggest values. It is not used to make decisions about you, and nothing is published until you approve it.

Text messages

If you agree to texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We don't sell your number or share it for others' marketing.

Your choices

Contact support to correct or delete your information. Ledger records of completed trades are kept as required for tax and dispute purposes.
